My time RB Oppenheim Associates and Digital Opps sparked my interest in online content management. During my internship, I worked with a variety of clients that had specific needs and goals. I enjoy the challenge of finding the optimal information architecture to achieve the client's goals and vision.


My role at Accenture as PMO Project Analyst has given me an appreciation of the collective effort required to make a project run smoothly. My daily tasks expose me to all facets of the project, allowing me to learn something every day. As my responsibilities increase, my contribution to that collective effort grows and it has been rewarding to contribute to the project's success.

Digital Multimedia

Digital multimedia has become a passion of mine. Whether I'm editing photographs in Photoshop or editing videos in Final Cut Pro X, I thoroughly enjoy the process and the power to evoke emotion and interest through an digital medium. I am constantly working on new projects, eager to gain experience and learn new techniques.

Digital Marketing

During my time at Florida State University, I developed an interest in advertising and marketing. This inspired me to pursue a minor in Business. This interest has broadened my perspective on the world, in both the professional world and in my personal life. I would eagerly welcome an opportunity to learn more and gain experience in this area.

PMO Reporting Analyst

February 2015 - Present | Tallahassee, Florida

Prepare the monthly Service Level Expectation Report and provide quality assurance and metric verification to ensure that all thirty-one service level expectations are met and accurately reported. Provide contract management support, including monitoring daily SLE metrics and tracking the status of contract deliverables. Ensure all contract deliverables and pertinent emails are uploaded to SharePoint. Perform a quarterly audit of the Project Security Access form, tracking who has access to various services and systems. Assist the Chief Learning Officer with training related tasks such as monitoring and updating survey results, registrant attendance and the training calendar. Send communications to agency customers and vendors, reminding them of training sessions or replying to individual questions. Resolve service tickets related to the updating the project distribution list, which includes various members of state agencies. Create and maintain an updated calendar showing all the contract deliverables due each month and a calendar showing all agency customer and vendor trainings. Maintain and update a monthly slideshow presentation, shown in the break room. Update the Innovation Board each month, displaying monthly reports, metrics and survey results. Attend meetings with state agency customers and vendors, record meeting minutes and deliver the minutes to the client. Provide support for PMO Analyst tasks such as roll on and roll off procedures. Ensure the project site is prepared for meetings, conferences, events and interviews.

Assist customers with purchasing fishing license, hunting licenses and associated permits. Provide customers with information and customer support for an array of questions, technical issues and situations. Provide technical support and guidance for agents located throughout the state of Florida with software issues, hardware issues or information verification. Perform quality assurance testing of the Recreational License Issuance Service (RLIS) to verify functionality, appearance and usability of future updates to the website.
