  • Lead the design, testing, and implementation of a self-service portal for over 110,00 vendors with a desire to do business with the State of Florida.
  • Manage a team of four developing 112 functional designs documenting the user interface and system functionality of the application. Manage the design content to create an intuitive and modern user interface with a streamlined user experience.
  • Facilitate client understanding of system functionality and alignment fo designs to business requirements to obtain client approval of work products.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identify efficiencies, and develop updated business processes leverage the power of the application.
  • Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams to align the functional needs of the user with the technical capabilities of the application. Collaboratively investigate and resolve system defects.
  • Lead a team of 20 through system testing, executing 132 test scripts over a 15 week period to confirm 1,274 test conditions. Review and triage over 800 defect tickets to evaluate prioritization and end user impact. Plan and execute user acceptance testing for 34 stakeholders executing 470 test scripts across a 3 day period.
  • Lead the waved rollout and hypercare of modules supporting the formal solicitation and contracting activities of State of Florida agencies. Provide agency and vendor support for formal solicitations, perform system demonstrations, and guide agencies through rollout activities to facilitate a smooth transition and adoption of the modules.
  • Train and mentor new joiners by providing continuous feedback, guidance, and sharing past experiences to develop transferable and marketable skills.

  • Support user acceptance testing sessions through data staging, real-time troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
  • Regularly meet with members of the Executive Office of the Governor to discuss business processes, interface touch points, and system functionality.
  • Presentation navigation, system demonstration, and meeting minutes for over 30 external meetings with a cumulative audience of over 900 stakeholders.
